How to Delete Modalku Users' Accounts and Personal Data?

As a user, you can request deactivation or deletion of an account through Modalku User Service which can be accessed in several ways:

  1. Phone
    Modalku provides phone service that can be used to submit requests. The requests can be submitted at 09.00 – 18.00 WIB during weekdays.

  2. Live Chat via the Modalku Website or Application
    We also provide a live chat that is directly connected to Modalku services. This feature can be accessed via Modalku website or application from 09.00 – 18.00 WIB during weekdays.

  3. E-mail
    You can also send requests to email addresses:
    ​layanan@modalku.co.id
    ​info@modalku.co.id

The user service team will verify the request in less than 3 (three) working days after receiving the complete and appropriate deletion request. You can read more information about this policy in Modalku's Privacy Policy at this link: https://modalku.co.id/privacy-notice .
